I wish there was a zero star option. And I'm so sad for anyone not familiar with patient advocacy who has to deal with this "business." This place is a prime example of what happens when there is no competition.

Have had very bad experiences with tri lakes medical in Saranac Lake. Since they closed the Plattsburgh office I call for my monthly bi pap supplies I get them 3 - 4 weeks after I call. Always an excuse why they have not sent my supplies out! Poor customer service. Better business bureau will be contacted as well as Attorney General, Inspector General, The fraud Investigative Unit and my Insurance company!

My elderly father recently broke his humerus falling on some ice. Hoping to make his life easier, I visited this store. They were extremely kind and helpful. They supplied me with any information I requested and gave me their undivided attention to help me make decisions. I purchased several items after being able to examine and try things out. This store and people were invaluable to us in a difficult time.

I was on vacation In the lake Placid area and my cpap machine adapter/charger was not working. I found this place online and gave them a call. The staff was super friendly and they were able to assist me with a replacement. I highly recommend them, thank you again Paul for your help!

Don't waste your time. Needed a piece for for a CPAP machine that I forgot while on holiday. The man who answered the phone was rude and a down right insulting. Complete jerk. Told me the piece would be $150! Got it on Amazon for $15 delivered to the door. So good luck with this place. I would suggest going anywhere else.
