The staff were incredibly patient and accommodating during the busiest of holidays! Our plans changed several times owing to weather & mechanical challenges, and Craig & Dani were very helpful. Then we ran into a rigging issue and Peter, (the owner) came over and cheerfully helped us figure it out. Good facilities (shower, laundry) and easy walk to town for a variety of shops & restaurants.

We just rented a slip here for the summer. Such an amazing experience. Staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Beautiful area to go sailing. Clean facilities. The fuel dock is very easy to access. Everyone we've met here has been wonderful. Oh! And there's a sailing school onsight. Sail Ontario! Great restaurants within walking distance. Historic town. Walmart, Sam's Club and a West Marine a 10 mintue drive.

Classic bait and switch tactics. I call to inquire about a seasonal slip, none that suit my price/needs available. A few days later (Friday) I receive a call saying there are a couple new openings. Over the weekend my wife and I go look at the slip that appealed the most following the lengthy call and reiterated boat details and a price quote. We actually discussed the boat size/type on both calls in detail. First thing Monday morning I call to secure the slip to be notified that my boat won’t fit there and the next available slip is nearly $700 more. Maybe, just maybe, this was an honest mistake but from my perspective it was bait and switch. There was entirely too much detail given in the first 2 calls for my boat to be 3’ too large when it comes time to pay.
