King Street Rehab

King Street Rehab was nothing less than remarkable! The clinical team was committed to providing medical and rehabilitation care above all expectation. The sides were kind, loving, patient and present for my husbands physical and emotional needs. The resident services team lead by Christina Burke understood who my husband was, who I was, and cared for us all during his six month stay. My husbands room was meticulously clean. Food was excellent and presented with cloth napkins and sparkling utensils. My husband was treated with dignity, love and respect at all times. We lost him just recently. King Street supported him and King Street supported us all at a very difficult time. Shortly after I returned I was greeted with open arms by Tekeisha (my "TK""). When asked how I was doing, I responded, "I'm hanging in". Her response was, "Don't worry, I'll catch you if you fall". King Street was his home and it became home to me as well. I just hope that if a loved one needs King Street, they're able to be cared for at King Street. They truly are in a class all their own. With love and thanks beyond... Andi Goldshore

This place is a fraud !!! They never have workers 95 percent of their workers are agency , nurses cant give reports on patients because they never seem to know which I find to be VERY SAD! They never take actions on their residents until its too late . The only thing they care about is the monetary benefits . Sometimes I feel bad for the residents especially the ones who doesnt have an advocate . Worst facility I have ever worked !!!!!

I recently returned home after being at King Street Rehab for 2 weeks. I can't say enough about the wonderful care I received while I was there. The amazing staff made each day a positive experience for me. The care from the Physical and Occupational Therapists was just what I needed to gain the strength to return home. The building is light, airy and spotless. The food was delicious and accommodating to any changes I requested. I most certainly would recommend King Street Rehab to anyone needing a rehab facility.

My mother-in-law came to this facility very ill. Due to various illnesses by many older relatives, we have been to many facilities with very mixed reviews. This facility is outstanding in so many ways. The facility is clean, bright, updated and uplifting. I have never been to a facility this clean. It is a pleasure to come to a facility that has such nice outside gardens and grounds. My mother-in-law loves to go outside and sit in one of the many beautiful gardens. I found the staff to be extremely kind and understanding, especially when my mother-in-law was having some bad days. It was nice to see the extreme kindness we have experienced from many staff members. I cannot thank Chrisina Burke enough for always being there to fix problems or answer questions. She is focused on making sure that our stay and every family stay is the best possible. Her door is always open to help you and help your loved one. Collen, the Assistant director, was always available to help and offer suggestions. Ellen from billing always made herself available to answer any questions. The activities people Lynn and Peter always offering a helping hand to residents and they try to offer great entertainment to everyone. The Rehab gym is great and spotless. My mother-in-law loved her therapists. Most of all, we are so happy that my mother in law improved, and the collaborative effort King Street provided to make my mother in law feel warm and welcome and provided excellent rehab to back to recovery.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care my father has received at your facility. From the moment we walked in, the friendly atmosphere was evident, starting with the warm welcome from the receptionist at the front door. The positive and caring attitude of the entire staff, including nurses, therapists, and support staff, has been truly remarkable. It's rare to encounter a team so dedicated and genuinely concerned for the well-being of their patients. This experience stands in stark contrast to some unfortunate situations my family has encountered in other rehabilitation facilities. We have faced incidents ranging from my father sustaining injuries due to falls, inadequate reporting of incidents, to poorly prepared and even unsafe meals. It's refreshing to see that King Street Rehab not only avoids such issues but sets a standard that other facilities should strive to achieve. The attention to detail, professionalism, and overall warmth exhibited by your team have not gone unnoticed. It's evident that your commitment to providing quality care is not just a slogan but a practice that permeates every aspect of your facility. In a time when healthcare experiences can be challenging, your team has managed to create an environment that feels safe, welcoming, and truly caring.
