I have been using Dr. Perzov for 30 years. He is incredibly competent, gentle & honest. I would not go to anyone else. He has performed root canals, bridges, extractions & simple fillings on me & never ever has caused me any pain. My entire family goes to Dr. Perzov and we all feel the same. His entire office staff is welcoming, helpful & respectful. Going into this office makes you feel like you are visiting with old friends. Anyone who has posted anything negative about these people needs to check their own attitudes. My experience & that of my family & friends I have referred to this practice have had only wonderful experiences with the entire staff. I give Dr. Perzov & staff 10 stars if I could.

We only went there because it’s close to home. Only one of the office staff is friendly, the rest are rude beyond belief. You can never get an appointment when you need to see the dentist, but only when business is slow they seem to dial you up and ask you to come in. And if you weren’t sure how much your insurance will cover for a simple filling, the doctor and the staff will not hesitate to kick you out of the office and ask you figure it out at home. Unprofessional is an understatement.

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. The staff here is so incredibly rude it is disgusting. I missed an appointment, and I will acknowledge that a patient missing an appointment at a doctors office is not good. It wastes the doctor's time, time he or she could have been spending helping other patients. I am aware of all this and I know I made a mistake and I acknowledge that I messed up. So that's what I called to do. I called to apologize for accidentally missing my appointment and to see if I could reschedule. Barbara, the woman at the front desk basically scoffed at me and said, "oh I'm not scheduling you another appointment." She refused to schedule me an appointment!!!! (by the way this is patient abandonment and they could get in trouble for this). She went on to tell me how they run a business and they can't have patients not showing up to appointments. WHICH I GET. However, I had never missed an appointment before this! She went on to say that if I wanted another appointment I'd have to call on a regular basis to see if they had openings. And then said that they have a waiting list and if I don't like the way they run their business I can go somewhere else. So I did without hesitation. They talk this big game about "running a business" yet are so beyond rude and unprofessional to their patients. Will never return. Would never return. And I don't suggest anyone take their business here. You could go anywhere else and find a more patient-centered, empathetic and understanding practice.
