        Ms philiphs is highly unprofessinial.They treat kids with disabilitys bad.She holds grudges against her students.She sends sends smart kids to boces because she doesnt like them and doesnt let them go back to distirict.Roscoe central school will not educate ur child they will talk around about them and not help. She looks out for roscoe good ole boys and thats why the school system isnt good and nobody wants to move their child there thats why this town is failing.Nobody in roscoe wants to change wit the times.and cant say the trout thing because most of em are stocked.So without the trout thing roscoe looks like a bunch inbreeded hillbillies

        This school and the environment is utter garbage. The principal Janice Phillips is worse than the pizza that's served there. Students and Parents hate the principal and if you want to be touched by a social studies teacher look no further than RCS!
