        My family has been waiting for our fathers grave stone installation since August of last year. We constantly contact Fricke who says each time that it will be done that week. We are now approaching my fathers birthday (5/17) with the stone still incomplete. They have blamed it on COVID and the weather but have told me since December that the stone is ready to be put in. Its deceitful and heartbreaking to have this drawn out so long. My family has been very understanding and I feel at this point some sort of resolution should be offered. Do not use this company if you have other options. Do not use this company if you expect quality customer service. Do not use this company if you expect your stone installed within a year.
