        Called late on a Sunday afternoon due to some concerns with system. They took the time to come out that evening without hesitation. Very professional, highly recommended! Update August 2022 Once again JS Septic went above and beyond for our family. We were met with having to replace our entire septic and leach field, a very costly upgrade. Due to a poor proposal from our first engineer we were met with design changes, easements, financing and scheduling concerns. It was a nightmare! JS Septic helped us move through each obstacle from recommending a quality engineer, staying within our bugdet, additional pump of tank and found a way to fit us into their very busy schedule. They even plan on coming back to add more soil to a area that settled more than they were comfortable with and reseeding that area. I cannot recommend this company enoug! If you have any concerns with your system from the siimplist to the extreme do yourself a favor and call JS Septic and Sewer first. I can assure you that they will guide you through the process in a professional manner! "Thank you!" to their entire team for all your help! Service: Septic system installation

        Called JS on a sunday around noon with my septic backed up. Sara anwered and stated that the guys will be there around 3. sara also mentioned about weekend emergency service pricing which i expected. they came when they said they would. they guys answered my questions and even came in my house to look at other issues related to having a septic system. definitely will have my continued business. thank you so much
