Sat there for over an hr with intense 15/10 pain and ended up walking out with 98 % of the waiting room because NO ONE got seen in OVER AN HOUR. Better off going to the Wynn or waiting till morning when u can see a dr. Also the staff here are super rude and have no respect towards others

One of the worst hospitals, every single time the majority of people that come here no matter if it's life threatening or not it takes absolute ages to get seen and I mean hours and hours.

My husband and I recently moved to Rome and we each set up appointments with new primary care physicians at Rome Health Medical Center. Our new appointments had to be scheduled 4 months out, which seems like a long wait for a pcp. My husband's appointment was canceled by the doctor/office a month later and they gave him no options or suggestions on how to get his medications refilled. I just got a letter also canceling my appointment because apparently now the doctor isn't taking new patients. Now I have to get on someone else's waitlist and wait who knows how many more months. Not good.

I had been trying to schedule my yearly mammogram and it became a nightmare. My OBGYN office told me it was sent to the hospital at my last appointment but the hospital said it was never received. After pin ponging back and forth between the hospital and doctor I was told the hospital had received it and someone would call me to schedule my appointment. After waiting approximately two weeks and not hearing from anyone I called to make my appointment and surprise they did not have my script. Finally they connected me to Robin! Robin was my port in a storm and straightened out my mess. She was kind,caring and understanding and is a true star after taking care of everything for me.a true asset to the hospital. I would go so far as to say she should instill going above and beyond to all employees! THANK YOY, ROBIN!

Every month there is an issue with my prescriptions they are always late and you never get a call back when you ask them to last month they didnt even have the correct milligrams for my prescription and they dont care enough to even talk to you
