This was my first experience with Acchino Auto Body. I had 4 tires mounted and balanced. The service and the work was by far the best Ive had in years. I have had a few bad experiences with tire shops in Rome New York, I highly recommend this business my truck drives soooo smooth no vibrations at all. This was my second experience with this shop. I can honestly and full heartily know that I have genuine Mazda parts on my vehicle and not manufactured parts ! How do I know? Because the shop owner and its employee's go the extra mile and fight for their customers. They don't want to put manufactured (copied parts made cheap in china) on my SUV, truck, car, or yours. They will negotiate with your insurance rep until your car has the best possible parts your insurance allows. And if you cant have manufactured parts, they are going to keep you in the loop about what's going on with your vehicle from drop off to pick up. Its just obvious why they have been in business so long, they know what the hell they are doing, and doing it well ! Thank you for great service to our community.
