Okay, Ive gotta say it- we go here because its the closest washer to our apartment, but a bunch of our stuff keeps coming back smelling like someone actually took a dump in our washing machine and then the smell never comes out. Dont know what theyre doing, but today was worse than ever, and I think were gonna have to throw the towels and blankets away they smell so so awful. Not using this place again

Place is clean. Workers are friendly and attentive. They provide next day pick up and drop off service. Their drivers are friendly and very respectful. Always call or text me when they are close to pick up or drop off my laundry. Never have a problem. Of course as gratitude for their outstanding service I tip the driver. My laundry smells so good. They definitely use good quality detergent and softener. I will continue to trust this laundromat with my clothes and I will recommend them to anybody who asks me of a great, affordable and quick service. Big apple wash is my go to place

Very bad service They never ever wash on time Once you gave them laundry forget for one or 2 months
