The doctor we saw was very nice, but the staff dropped the ball and lost my wifes appointment. Very unprofessional

My Doctor is great but everything else that deals with catholic health is a nightmare. My Doctor was on vacation so I had to see different one, she made a mistake inputting the service she provided and that started my nightmare. Billing department just doesn't care to get problems resolved. It's all about the money, it's like talking to a wall and not to mention the level of rudeness is insane! Going on a year trying to resolve this issue and all they keep telling me is that I have to pay for a service that was not provided! Bunch of crooks!

They are SUPER paranoid about the virus and have a Chinese style check in process where they take your temperature! This is called the China method. Watch the Epoch Times. Those who started Epoch Times and TV are Chinese who came to the US for freedom. Anyway this review is mainly for the billing department. They are unethical and from all of the bad reviews it is clear the higher ups approve otherwise the billing department would not have many bad reviews all saying the same thing! The doctor we have is good. The people who take your blood are very professional! The billing department must not Catholic and are certainly not professional!
