    My experiences over the years (20+) have always been the BEST!!  Even with my very tight budget, I am able to give/get custom made gifts and heirloom pieces.  They consistently have the coolest and most unique items.  It's my go to place when I need something hip and special.  The staff has always been very professional and accommodating!  I have come up with some pretty creative and cockamamy ideas and they are always able to assist and work with me.  I hope they will be around a very long time!!!   Many thanks to the SST Custom Embroidery Family.

    Terrible business. And I mean terrible. Never met a nastier business owner in my life. So I walk in with my two behaving babies in a stroller. I tell the girl at the counter Id like to embroider this its a baby outfit and I want my sons name on it for his first birthday. Easy request. She tells me she cant do it. I said well cant you sew the pocket closed? It doesnt need to be functional. She goes to the back and asks the owner. Since you can see through the glass to the back, I see the woman say fine but its going to be small and I can literally see the irritation in her face. I had a couple more questions like if I just did one letter or number would it be larger and again the girl says Id assume so but asks the woman and I hear her say not really. I let them know I was flexible, it can have my sons name, full or shortened, monogram, letter or a number. I move on, I have a second item I tell her I need embroidered as I make my decision. The woman comes from the back- naturally I assume shes coming to answer a question for me because the girl literally couldnt answer a single question and when I asked for font options they nearly threw the book down in front of me without explaining or so much as opening it. But instead she said can you move over, Id like to help someone else! Im sorry.. what? RUDE. But I maintained my composure because Im polite. When I had the chance I asked the woman a few questions. Because telling me it will be really small isnt quite good enough of a response when Im trying to figure out my options. And what does that mean? Care to be more specific, lady? How small is small. Its an outfit for a 1 year old, obviously it will be small. When I asked her where she suggested embroidering on the outfit she actually scoffed at me and said I wouldnt. Thanks for the help. I received more eye rolls and and sighs than ever in my life. While I was there a group of teens came In and I witnessed watching her be incredibly nasty to them. Id be furious if I was there parent. Anyway, fast forward and she writes up an order for the watch roll I had, begrudgingly. She quickly tells me the total and I said well I still have my heart set on embroidering the baby outfit, its why I came here so can you help me figure out how we can make it work. Im open to doing anything she wasnt being very clear but when she explained anything, no matter how poorly, I understood. What she clearly missed was that I was open to different designs, just trying to find something that fits the outfit and her machine which maybe she should upgrade since its impossible to embroider everything I bring in.. during the discussion my kids started to Fuss, naturally. And her tolerance went from 0 to -100. She told me I wasnt understanding her and that she didnt want to waste my time or her time as she had a devilish smile, clearly enjoying saying that to me. Thats when my patience and me biting my tongue finally ran out. I told her that I wouldnt say I wasnt wasting her time .. Im simply a customer trying to purchase something, two things as a matter of fact. And that she has been short with me the entire time and rolling her eyes. I said that she should be a little more understanding and sympathetic towards mothers in her store. As I told her that I felt she was very short and rude to me she took the pin out of the watch roll and handed it back to me and said I think its best I dont take your business, something to that affect. I told her I think thats a great idea and left. You can see from past reviews over time that this is not their first poor review and being rude is a trend with them. If youre a mother, dont bring your children there. They hate kids. And the way they treated not only mine but the other kids in the store was absolutely disgusting. This review is 100% accurate but she will respond and deny and change story as she did all over my personal Facebook making up stories about how I was rude. Actually crazy. Take accountability and have a little grace.

    Wish I could give 0 stars. The woman working here is by far the nastiest bitch I have ever met in my life! It's actually unbelievable how rude she was to me completely unwarranted. Who opens up a business and then treats their potential customers like shit? I went in and she couldn't be bothered with me right off the bat. Like I'm seriously in shock. She intentionally ignored me for like 5 minutes, and then when she finally acknowledged my presence she was extremely short with me, rolled her eyes multiple times at me, and was just downright RUDE to me. All I did was walk in and ask if she could embroider something for me...?I ended up leaving. I think businesses like this often forget that no matter how good your products/services are, it doesn't matter if you're an asshole to your customers... I will never go back to this place, and neither should you, unless you want to be spoken down to and insulted for absolutely no reason!

Wow this must have really stuck with you it was months ago and you keep changing your name so you can keep leaving false reviews. I hope you can move on at some point. Holding on to not being able to get your way must really be eating at you. Have the day you deserve
