My family has been going to Dr Ingber for over 40 years. He is a wonderful Dr. I would recommend him to anyone.

It is a pleasure to go Dr. Ingber's office as not only the staff is professional and pleasant, there is a minimum waiting period. This makes the visit less painful. I have been going there for about 20 years and never regrets it.

This 3 star rating is for Dr. Ingber only. He is a very professional and thorough doctor, who was on top of my health issues , and conminicated in a professional and respectful manner, as I sked him many questions about my health issues. I would have like to give him 5 stars, however I have a huge complaint about his receptionist, Kathy. She is abrupt and rude on the phone and was most uncooperative when I asked for a letter to be faxed to my place of employment regarding clearance for me to return to work. This is a time sensitive matter, and she was disrespectful and so uncourteous, because I initially asked for the letter to be mailed. Kathy was also rude to my place of employment, when they called on my behalf. She put them on hold for an extended period of time, and hung up on them as well. I have read other glowing reviews about the office staff, and am quite baffled because, of the way I was treated by Kathy, who I believe is the office manager. If not gor Kathy, I would rate this practice with 5 stars because Dr. Ingber is an amazing doctor.
