        I had to come to this ups access point for my medical supplies. I went with my label the lady said I have no package then , on the phone the lady said I have no package. I went the second time to the store gave my name and again had to move from the counter so she can take care of customers...but I'm a customer also then she said loud enough that I can hear as well as others i have an attitude problem . .but I never said anything wrong or did anything wrong. So I'm being insulted because she doesn't read the labels on the mail...not nice
