Pros: local studio in the city, great ideas on how to pose and where to take nice pix outdoors in the city, very urban cool vibe in terms of his photography esthetic, his personality is very laid back and easygoing, he built some rapport with us and made it comfortable. Cons: terrible communication, unorganized. It's evident how busy this guy is he has so much going on. He responds when he can via text. He always says he needs to get back to you. He did my child's seior pix and getting an exact appt time and location was terrible. He gave us a time the night before, and we had to call multiple times to get that. I don't think we got a location until the day of. It was so odd. The shoot went great n he told us what to expect, he sent the link that night I guess I should've hit the "hearts" but my natural instinct was to hit the "download" icon, he immediately called and said he accidentally forgot to lock the gallery and all the photos have been installed on my phone. I never found all the photos but either way they wouldve been UNEDITED and not print ready. He was really adamant about how I need to look through my phone to find them and I was like well what does it matter these aren't the ones I chose, the ones I wanted weren't in the link you sent , and why is it my problem the the man made a mistake and didn't lock it? It was annoying. After this he seemed bothered and he took over a week to send me the link with the 10 that we choose for purchase, although he said it would be a day or 2, and I had to send multiple texts before I got a reply back. Too much hassle. Finally I got the link with the "10", downloading and accessing the pix was A HASSLE but that was probably my fault not his. Now I went to my files today and realized there's only 9 pics and not 10, I asked him if he can resend the link so I can redownload the missing photo, he explained that the link expires and proceeded to ask me if I download the pics already I repeated YES I DOWNLOADED THEM BUT I ONLY SEE 9 RIGHT NOW. I don't understand what the big deal is, the photos are paid for, most photographers have theirs client's edited photos forever so just give me my photos..So annoying. He said he will check when he can because as usual he's busy - customer service sucks, no empathy or compassion when problem solving customer issues. He's cool but I personally would never hire him, she was connected with him through her program. Edit: after I posted this review, he called multiple times not to resolve my issue but instead to tell me that what I did was "wrong and not cool".

Rob saved my wedding day. I reached out to Rob about 5 days before my day and he immediately got back to me. On the day he was at the location before I was. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He had a plan and stuck to it while still improvising to get the perfect shot. His pricing was fair and I was able to view the pictures the same day. Absolutely the best experience Ive ever had with a photographer. He was also very patient and great with kids during the pictures.

Rob Daniels has been consistent ever since he shot our first photos. He's Amazing, thorough, Very prompt... You name it. As long as he's around I'm dedicated to his gift. May God continue to BLESS and Supersede his expectations.

I found Rob by accident. I stumbled across some nature photos that he did and went to his Facebook page to look at his work and I was amazed. I immediately booked with him and he is now my favorite photographer. Always exceeding my expectations and making me look beautiful. If youre looking for a professional, comfortable and warm setting AND you want to look fierce- I recommend him.
