UPDATE: I'm changing this review. We didn't go to this vet for a while because we didn't need care for our animals. The vet, in turn, dropped us because it had been over two years since we'd had an appointment (though we'd been going there with our animals for nearly 20 years - TWENTY). I was very angry we were being dropped when there's a huge vet shortage. I said as much, then I hung up in utter frustration. Now I've found a new vet and I called to have records transferred. The man on the phone, Bob, told me I had "very rudely hung on on him back in October of 2023" and that and "he was more than happy to send our records somewhere else". Frankly, he was a total jerk. Incredibly unprofessional and clearly trying to get my goat. He made a point of telling me the vets at my new office were "good friends of his," not so subtly threatening to tell them not to take my pets into their care, all because he was angry I didn't say goodbye on a phone call six months ago. Dr. H, I'm guessing this isn't the first time you've had a staffing issue with Bob, as this says a lot about his character. You can add my review to the file. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Been going here for all our pets for the last eleven years. Dr. H is great, also met with Dr. Boehmer recently and really liked her, too. They're thorough, take good care of my animals, and are fairly priced for office visits and meds. I tried another vet who's closer to my house (we moved) and the bill made me throw up a little in my mouth. Worth the longer drive to stay with this practice.

Dr. Bryce Hauschildt and his staff is fantastic. They are caring and attentive and efficient.
