Companion Animal Hospital

This was the 3rd or 4th vet office I called for accepting new patients, and I'm glad I did! Everyone has been super gentle and caring with my new kitty, and they've been helpful in addressing health concerns that came from adopting a stray. Update: It's been almost a year now, and her spay incision was very neat and didn't need any follow-up care. All her infections have cleared up nicely while under their care.

This place conducted a "Bait and Switch" ploy. I called and scheduled to have my cat neutered. Not shots, but neutered. They told me I would meet with the Doctor for an initial examination and they would subsequently schedule the actual Surgery the same day. After coercing me into paying for $160 of shots that I did not go there for they then told me they don't have any doctors as "they're short staffed". They told me all this after I paid. Not ahead of time, not the morning before I got there to stop me from coming but after the shots and payment. The sickest thing about this whole thing as even the Doctor said they would schedule the Surgery when I go to check out. So it's a whole company wide scam. They're "all in on it". THEY NEED TO TELL PEOPLE UP FRONT THEY CAN'T PERFORM "NEUTER SURGERY". I'm filing the Better Business Bureau Report next. I feel taken advantage of.

Extremely friendly and caring staff as you walk through the door. The vet diagnosed my dog within 2 minutes of a same day appt because my usual vet had no openings. Highly recommend this place and look forward to going back.

Was originally a customer of Bayview but the availability of appointments was too limited. Companion got me in right away and were excellent in caring for my new Frenchie. Will continue to return. Thanks companion!
