I left a good review in the beginning but over time this had changed.. if I could put 0 I would!! my pup needed boosters and he was also there to get a leg checked. They forgot his booster...then tell me I have to start all over...pay again ..
Next incident was I have a pup with high anxiety..he needs sedation for nail trims... 130 dollars and his nails are still not short as they should be, when he awoke they brought him.out to me dripping wet in urine!! They could have cleaned him off! This tells me he was in a small crate when i told then he cant be due to anxiety...my poor dog was shaking and even running away from me...I'm very dissatisfied with this and I called to speak to the manager and front desk staff claim to not know if she's there! No one has returned mu call yet!! He won't be back.

Staff is very friendly, attentive and thorough with making sure our pets are happy and healthy. It's a bit of a drive for us but absolutely worth it.
