Tuxedo Junction

I walked into Tuxedo Junction and was greeted by a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable sales associate named Nathan at the Marketplace Mall in Rochester, New York. Words cannot express how helpful he was to me and how grateful I am for his help today. He was patient with me and explained to me various options until I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. He strikes me as a natural leader and the future CEO of a company. I am truly grateful and feel blessed that I met Nathan today. Thank you Tuxedo Juction for hiring such an amazing and thoughtful employee!!!!!! Michael Clow

If I could put lower than one star I would. Terrible place it seemed good at first but then when I was supposed to come try it on I drove there and they said it wasn’t in yet but that was my only day to do this. So I agreed to come back in the next day and it was all wrong. The shoes were wrong completely and wrong size. The pants were way to big and long. The shirt was like 5 sizes to big and the wrong color. The jacket was way to small. Terrible. I will never be going here again and I hope you don’t make the same mistake that I did. I will be getting my money back for the multiple trips and having to take off work to come in for their mistakes. I won’t be getting it now until a couple hours before I need it.

It all went fast and smoothly for me. Considering all the negative reviews I'm certain they've vastly improved since then.
