    I'm going to tell you in detail my experience with Jennifer. My son is a senior this year so of course I make an appointment. She also tells me that payment is needed right away. The payment option is only one to pay through Venmo. I didn't have Venmo and asked if I can write a check in the name of her business. She said no and that I would have to setup up a Venmo account in order to get paid.

Jennifer is by far one of the most professional, creative, kind and talented photographers I have ever met. Her creative vision is inspiring and she is such a joy to work with on set.     I'm going to tell you in detail my experience with Jennifer. My son is a senior this year so of course I make an appointment. She also tells me that payment is needed right away. The payment option is only 1 to pay through Venmo. I didn't have Venmo I asked if I can write a check in the name of her business. She said no and that I would have to setup up a Venmo account in order to pay her. So I do the setup and paid $325.00. My son meets with her for about an hour she tells me I should get the link for the photos that week. I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE LINK that was in oct 2020 today is april 9th 2021. My son didn't even get a senior picture for the yearbook. I've contacted her a few times and told her that I wanted a refund she said no so basically she STOLED FROM MY SON AND I. THE SAD PART IS MY SON NEVER GOT ANY SENIOR PICTURES HE LOST OUT. Next I'm going to contact the better business bureau to see if the business is even legit. We met at a park for taking the pictures. She told me she doesn't have a place of business ,and that's where she takes all her customers. It got me thinking no place of business and she wants to be paid by Venmo directly to her with no mention of her business. She has no overhead, her "bill" is paid to her directly ,and the kicker is that I had to pay Venmo a fee to even use them. REALLY. I contacted her 3 times. 1st text Jennifer I have been more then patient with you. I paid you up front. Were not even that happy with the pictures you sent the few you sent where not touched up looked like a regular photo I would take. in the last text you said you will get me the link by next week know its been 3 weeks????? Her reply Josie, okay... I'm so sorry you feel that way. My most sincere apologies. What's your address.. I will send you your money back. I apologize that you are unhappy with my work. What work all she did was take the photos. Her reply again this is till December 8th texts Perfect.. I will contact the school and inform them that they are not to use my image in the yearbook... I will contact them tomorrow and let you know what happens. I will discard the remainder of the images... Again, my most sincere apologies. These images are pretty cool... stay safe and healthy.... I wouldn't know if there cool because you didn't send me anything. Her reply Good morning... I just left a message for the school. As soon as I hear back I will let you know. My apologies again for your unhappiness with the process. It's an overwhelming time for a lot of us and I'm sorry that this has inconvenienced you. This is nothing that I planned on happening. I do hope that you nor any of your loved ones have to go through the Covid situation . It is awful and not a fun thing. Basically her texts are belittling me. December 17th I text her my son totally lost out on his senior pictures. I want my money today you took total advantage of me. when you asked for the 325.00 I sent it immediately. I sent a venmo payment link I want the money today. I'm not kidding. I dont want to go to the next step with this but if I have to I'll contact my lawyer. Her reply Josie, after speaking with my attorney. I will not be issuing a refund for your sons pictures. I spent my time photographing him and deserve to be compensated for my time. I will have his images done by the end of next week. If you do not like them I will offer a reshoot. You are more than welcome to speak to an attorney and I will in fact counter sue for theft of a digital product. I already discounted my rate and I will be compensated for my time. This does not need to be combative at all. I will gladly give you all the digital images and print them wherever you want. What theft of digital product???? Show me proof of this! Again belittling me. I am uploading his pictures into his link which I will send you. Once they are completely finished I will let you know. Please send your email address to me for the link. STILL WAITING THAT WAS DECEMBER.
