We actually bought our new home and sold our old one through Howard Hanna. However, I will NEVER buy a home, or a glass of water on the hottest day ever if Sherry Andrews is the only one selling it for miles. While running errands Tuesday, Aug. 30, I encountered Sherry parked in front of one of the places I was going, The Aqua Shop Pet Store in Ridgemont Plaza. I had to zig zag around her car to get a spot, and as I walked across the cross walk, she started driving toward me without slowing down. I actually stopped and glared at her and she narrowly missed me. She then sped down the parking road, running several stop signs racing toward Wegman's. I noticed there was a logo on the passenger door but didn't catch it.
As fate would have, my second stop was Wegman's and after I parked I notice this same exact car parked as in the picture. Not in a parking spot, just stopped in front of the store like she owned the place. No one inside, just parked. With her picture on the car and everything. Entitled much? I snapped the photos and even noticed Wegman's security eyeball the vehicle but do nothing. I was inside for about ten minutes and when I came out, this same car was now parked in the first Handicap spot with the driver inside. No Handicap stickers or license plate. Just a spoiled white lady with awful hair parked in a spot she didn't deserve or require.
This has NOTHING to do with her house-selling abilities, or lack there of. Just speaks volumes about her character... or lack there of. I almost contacted Howard Hanna but decided a review might be more impactful.

Lynnora Sable-Smith  is our agent to sell our house that we had lived in for 50  years. After that long, there were many features that did not appeal to current buyers. She  was very knowledgeable regarding what was needed.  She went to stores and selected items (lighting, flooring, etc.) and found installers and over saw the improvements.  After those  changes, offers started  coming in.Lynnora  arranged  for a person to come and trim and down trees that were dying, trim shrubs, clean up areas, and mow  the lawn.  We had already moved to senior housing and were physically unable to do those jobs. Thank you Lynnora.Lynnora is very experienced in dealing with all the details involved in selling property.  Legal, financial, other realtors, permit requirements.   She has spent endless hours helping us in  the sale of our house,  for which we are so grateful. She is very personable and knowledgeable.KUDOS   to Lynnora Sable-Smith!  You have earned my admiration and trust.  Many times   you demonstrated your strategy and marketing expertise fully explaining what was unknown  to us.   Our beloved but outdated house was improved for current buyers with much help from your keen eye for    paint colors, lighting fixtures , flooring,  and additionally ,helping to  install that flooring!  Beyond  thel call  of duty!  I am so appreciative.  I would recommend your services to friends and family without hesitation.  Able Sable brings it to  the  table!Bruce and Marilyn B
