Val has been instrumental in my mental health healing process. I have truly made so much progress working with her on a regular basis. She helps me feel empowered to use the tools and skills that I have learned from her through our sessions. Every session I leave with goals to achieve and a roadmap of how to successfully reach them. She is always available for me outside of regular office hours if I need her. I know she has a ton of other patients but she truly makes me important and like I am her only one ❤️

Val is a great therapist. She’s kind and caring yet calls you out and tells you exactly how things are. She’s very knowledgeable yet if there’s something that she’s not familiar with she’ll let you know. It’s like talking with your best friend.

My Psychiatrist highly recommended Valerie to me. He told me she was the best. He was absolutely correct. She is amazing. I really was at my lowest the first time I saw her and every week I see her I am getting better and better. It’s the first time I felt comfortable enough to open up completely to her about everything, good or bad. I have never been able to do that. She’s honest with me also and helps me realize things I’ve never realized before. I look so forward every week to our visits as I am trying so hard to figure myself out and why I do some of the things I do. She’s becoming my best buddy. I can’t thank her enough.
