JCPenney Portraits

STAY AWAY! They don't tell you the true cost and they do NOT give you what you think you're getting. The digital album does not work with Shutterfly even though they're owned by the same company. You have to order through Lifetouch which is a complete rip off. In addition, we ordered pictures at the studio to ship to our house and were never told there was a shipping fee. They first said it would be 7-10 days, then they said 10-14 days and now it's 10-14 business days. We had to spend over $400 to purchase the pictures we wanted on Lifetouch. Total rip off. I called Lifetouch and got no answer. Now I have to waste more time and call Shutterfly. RIP OFF!

Emonie was my photographer & was seriously amazing. I hate getting my picture taken so so much, & she made me feel comfortable & made our session so much fun, we were laughing the whole time. JCPenney's is so very lucky to have her! Especially for the pricing that is available here with packages etc., you really can't beat the quality for what you get. EXTREMELY pleased with my experience.
