F rated by the BBBClassic bait and switch. All prices on their website are for illegally imported models that had no import tax paid and are subpar quality and the manufacture warranty is void. But not to worry, your order will never ship, they will even send you fake tracking info at first, asking you to call and confirm delivery address, but they dont work that way, placing an internet order is just a way for them to initiate their bait and switch phone scam, fast talking you into a their ridiculously marked up US version that will be considerably more expensive than a legit retailer like amazon or B&H. How these people are still operating this way and not shut down is beyond me, they have a giant F rating at the BBB, that should speak volumes and be a giant red flag for anyone tempted by their bogus internet prices.

I ordered a camera and they told called me to tell me that I need a specific SD that cost $100. I said ok I didn't know that it needs a special SD card. Yes they told me they have the cheapest one.So I said go ahead. I then reached out to people on the blogs of fstoppers and petapixel and they told me they just took advantage of you. That is how they manage to sell things for so cheap, because they make so much money on the SD card. Total scam not trustworthy.

ZERO STARS!!!!  DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!  After carefully reviewing the site, I decided to purchase the Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS III Lens. All big retailers were having a sale on canon lens so when I saw it for $200 cheaper than else where I decided to go with it obviously. I usually order from B and H photo, never had an issue but their price was nearly $300 more for the same lens. I went ahead with the purchase and received a email confirmation for the price of the lens. I thought I was good to go. Then today I receive an email regarding my order and to contact Richard at extension 1308. I call and speak to him and he tells me the lens I purchased is the international lens and doesn't come with the Canon 1 year warranty and also doesn't even look the same as the actual Canon lens. I ask him what was the price difference and it was $300 more, but I could get it for $1799 today on sale. I said that's over $200 more than the price online and I didn't read anything about the international lens online. I said I would need to think about it and would call back. I quickly looked up the details of the lens and it doesn't say a thing about it being international. I call Rich back and told them that and he said it is a Canon lens but it's not under warranty from them, basically the same thing he already said and I told him this felt like a scam and I wanted to cancel my purchase. He said ok and I immediately got an email with the cancellation number but the receipt still says the price I paid of $1559. I also reached out by selecting the contact button on the website and I still haven't heard back. I would like to see this business penalized for false advertising. Before coming here to leave my review I also sent my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
