I have been a patient at Long Pond since 2009 and I always get great fast care. The whole staff is very caring and concerned about their patients. IMHO you can't find a better team

I've been a patient for years and always had good service up until now. It's difficult to get through to them. The phone prompts and wait is ridiculous. I'm looking at finding a new Dr. Or group that I don't have to go through a channel to reach someone.

Waited over an hour to see the doctor. I had a 3:15 appointment but was not seen until 4:15. Dr. Nussbaum is a joke under qualified and has no clue what he is doing. He didn’t even look at my issue and was quick to refer me to a specialist and that wasn’t the first time he did that. He has terrible social interaction skills. His way of diagnosing me was to pull up images on google(like I didn’t already do that) .So I wasted over an hour of my time and a $15 copay to have him look on google for my issue on their images(really that’s his medical expertise) Disgraceful and stay away from this office and doctor what a joke! Looking for a new doctor right away. Worst experience I have ever had at a medical office.

Do NOT go here. I had a decent doctor that was removed from this practice. They switched me to a new doctor who ended my prescription and prescribed new medication despite my hesitation. Even though I described how terribly the new medication worked he proceeded to explain we could not go back to the old medication that WORKED. After battling the issues this doctor caused for almost a year I am just now calling other doctors to be seen because I’ve been so nervous and stressed from last years visit. It should be illegal what happened to me here.
