Rochester Kung Fu & Fitness

My son just started the little ninjas class. Being only 3 years old it's hard to find an activity for his age that last longer than a few weeks. This was one of the few classes I found that would start him at 3. It's a huge benefit that they concentrate on character building as we were really into the idea of this helping him with his listening skills and attention. He absolutely loves the class and the instructors really take the time to sit down with you and go into detail on what to expect and answer any and all questions we had. I can't wait to see what this kung fu program will provide for my son.

My daughter is in the little ninjas class here & it's her favorite part of the week! The instructors are very friendly & personable. As a parent I really appreciate the skills, self confidence, & discipline she is taking out of her experience here.

The instructors are great and are able to address any individual needs. I love watching my daughter grow and build confidence.

Love it great atmosphere. People very friendly work with you. This program has help so much. Teaching my 5 year old early on how to focus eat healthy, help that its okay to help people out. He looks forward to helping other without them asking. School how etc everyone have given him great compliments on how much hes improved going to this program. Look forward to going to program thanks for the help making it easier to teach kids basic this at a young age
