Sadly this company gets -1 star !We are small High School in Hawaii that this company attempted to make us new uniforms !! Since its from New York I'm not gonna sugar coat my level of disappointment!! They're CRAP ! The material sucks and doesn't stretch ! They sized every single one WRONG !! Out of 35 NEW uniforms ordered these do NOT fit one girl !! How the heck can that be !! 1-3 wrong maybe - we can work with that but 35 !! And they will not refund the money !! 35 Angry parents 35 disappointed CHEERLEADERS 3 upset coaches !! Thanks for nothing !!*** don't buy from this company *** items made cheaply in Mexico !

This is one of the worst companies I have EVER worked with! I ordered jerseys from them in June 2017 and paid for them in advance (that is never happening again). I was told they would be shipped early August. In late August I was told they no longer had the jerseys I ordered, that they shipped my jerseys out to another company. I calmly found a new similar jersey to replace the one that I originally picked out. I was told they would be here before my season starting in Sept 2017. My jerseys showed up 2 games into the season (late) and two of my jerserys were the completely wrong ones, meaning I still could not use them. I put in the request to sent the correct ones on Friday and was told they would be overnighted on Monday. It is now the following Friday and they still have not SHIPPED them. When asked when they would be shipped they told me possibly today but it would be 4-5 days, not overnighted. They told me if I wanted it overnighted I would have to pay for the cost. Are you kidding me? Alleson made 2 mistakes and want me to pay for them. NO WAY!! I would NEVER use this company and suggest others not to as well.

Alleson Athletic is a company that does a great job at selling but a terrible job at managing errors. My daughter cheers for a school here and Honolulu, Hawaii that has not had a uniform upgrade for some time. You can imagine the girls and parents excitement when the coaches of the cheer squad, along with parents decided to update the uniforms for this past football season. Now you can also imagine the disappointment when the uniforms arrived and all but two fit. Understanding that mistakes happen Alleson was made aware of the situation and has been nothing but a nightmare to work with. The football season is now over and the team has yet to wear the uniforms that we purchased for $221.00 per person. Alleson Athletics best recommendation on how to remedy the situation is to purchase a "fit kit" which would of course be at an additional cost. If you are looking for a company that puts their revenue above the customer experience then you are in the right place. If you value your dollar and feel that a company should care about the customer experience than I highly suggest that you go elsewhere.
