        The premium keep go up. I paid more for 2000 van than my friend with 2 new cars. Went to a different agency and got more coverage for half the money.

        I had renters insurance through this company for several years. They consistently called my cell phone, trying to sell me auto insurance which I explicitly told them many times I was not interested in. A year and a half ago I finally canceled my insurance because I had had enough. This week I received a text message from Mark once again soliciting my business. I politely and directly texted back that I was not interested and why. The following day I received 8 phone calls, 2 emails (from the email address that Mark has- which I rarely give out anymore) and several text messages from different insurance companies wanting to speak to me about the “quote I requested”. I can only determine that Mark gave my private information to some websites without my permission. If so, this is extremely unprofessional and invasive behavior. Checking the reviews, it seems like I am not the only one who has experienced something like this.
