The people who work at this dealership are so friendly and so helpful. It was my first time leasing a car and Ty made the process so easy. He made sure I understood the entire process and was available if I had any questions. He even took the time to show me all the features of my car before I drove off! Would 100% recommend Ty and this dealership again!

Hi, I'm Tom. Last month my wife Carol and I went shopping for a new car, not knowing exactly what we wanted. We had bought from Ide before, were happy with the results and tried it again. I guess we just got lucky that Blake Gross was at his sales desk that day, We went through the cars Blake had on the lot and got it down to two models, both HR-V's. One was a Sport model and the other was an EX-L. Blake very patiently went through the differences between the models. He even wrote up two deals for us so we would know the price difference. The EX-L has so many features that we have never had in a car, but Blake explained them all. His easy going way and sense of humor made it a pleasant experience to pick the EX-L and it was ready in a couple of days. We have had the car for about a week now and have never enjoyed a car more than this one.

Kevin was very helpful in explaining the process since much of it was on line. There was no pressure quickly agree to the deal. He listened to what we would like in the way of options and continued to work with us on the cost of the lease. We would highly recommend him to see when purchasing or leasing a vehicle.

1000% Recommend! I was anxious about the prospect of buying a new car (especially in light of all the shortages) but Jennifer made the process easy and fun. She explained all my options, and very quickly lensed in on the vehicle that would be perfect for my needs. Financing was also a dream; they worked with me to keep payments within my budget while including the extra care protections. I have to say the people of Ide really make the experience the best it could have been. Jennifer is an amazing asset to the team, and I will recommend her to anyone who needs a new vehicle. I don't think I have ever laughed so much when thinking about cars Ide has made a customer for life!
