I highly recommend Warner Home Inspections. Don is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. As a 1st time home buyer I had many questions and Don had answers. He provided a thorough explanation and showed physical evidence of concerns that needed to be addressed based on the home inspection. He also provided links to resources which provided an explanation on how to fix issues that were cited in the report. The inspection report was very thorough, easy to follow and it was provided In a timely manner. Don followed up after sending the report and spent an additional 45 minutes reviewing the report with me and answering my questions. This was in addition to the 2.5 hour inspection and debrief we had in person during the inspection. He is responsive to his customers. The inspection fee is very reasonable and scheduling an appointment was simple and timely. I had such a wonderful experience that I utilized Warner Home Inspections twice and will use again in the future.

I was very pleased with the whole inspection process provided by Warner Home Inspections. All areas of the home, inside and out, were covered in the report to the finest detail and multiple pictures provided for evidence. I was able to get my desired concession from the seller as a result of inspection. I will definitely be back if I ever need this service again for another home.
