Marty has done it again!!! He is a awesome inspector that provides excellent customer service and he is very professional. He also ensured we were satisfied with the inspection and answered all our questions we had about the home.Our inspection was done on a Saturday and he had the full report done by Monday. We used Marty as our inspector for a property we wanted to buy. Right from the start the experience was great, with Marty calling us to go over what the inspection would be like. We attended the inspection and really appreciated the level of details Marty went into.. explaining everything as we went. The report was detailed as well. We recommend him very highly.

Hiring M&M Home Inspection was the best decision we made during the home buying process. From the outset Marty made it clear that he was looking out for our interests, not the interests of the owner or real-estate agents. He encouraged us to shadow him during the inspection. During which he took time to explain everything he was doing and looking for. Marty didn’t just explain what he had found but had suggestions for how we could best take care of the house once we moved in. He made every effort to inspect the whole property. This diligence payed off when he found a serious health hazard in a hard to reach location. We would not hesitate to recommend M&M Home Inspection to our family and friends.

I found Marty through a Web search, and based on dozens of positive reviews. My son just moved into a frat house that looked to be in terrible shape, and I wanted to have an inspection done to ensure that it was safe. Marty was extremely responsive throughout the process. He followed up with me several times leading up to the inspection, as well as several times afterward. The report he created was very detailed, highlighting areas that needed immediate attention in red so that we could address them with he landlord. His concern about the living conditions of students in the Rochester area was obvious. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection, and particularly to the parents of students in the area who might be living in similarly unsavory conditions.
