Jim was beyond knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and kind. I recommend him and this business to anyone looking for an inspection and will never look anywhere else should I need another. When we moved into our house, we were unable to get home inspection prior to closing. We were recommended Jim from Central Real Estate, and we were so grateful we took the advice to reach out to him. Jim was very helpful in giving us peace of mind about our purchase after closing, making sure we knew all the major fixes that needed to be made right (and how to go about doing so), and all the fixes that could be done over time. He left us with a document that broke down all the issues with images, followed by what fixes could be done, and any other advice we should know.
If you are looking for an inspection with your home, wed highly recommend them as the go the company!
