We were shocked to get same day service! We expected to wait for weeks. But, no. Fred came out today, fixed our garage door and charged a more than reasonable price. Thank you so very much!

Have garage door issues? Call this company! Fred was communicative, responsive, fixed our garage door with a new spring and cable for a VERY reasonable fee. We had 2 other companies give us quotes....1 wanted $600 ($500 if we paid cash) and another that had done work for us before wanted a $60 service quote fee then when i pursued that someone had already looked at it, this is what we needed repaired, said that it would be between $200 - $500 ...... Fred was the best and is the truest form of customer service company!

Called on a Friday, expecting to have a broken garage door for another week. Fred said he'd be by Monday morning, and by 9:30 AM, my garage door works again. He went above and beyond, fixing a broken light, lubricating all the hinges and bearings, and telling me where it was needed, and fixed the opener. The price was extremely fair, and Fred was just as courteous. Would call again without question.

Used Fred Stiffler for years. Got a bad taste in my mouth when he charged me $90 for a part I could’ve gotten on Amazon for $25. When I confronted him about it, he gave me some nonsense about him not buying parts from Amazon but from the manufacturer. He refused to adjust the bill.
