I returned an item the the Ridge/Culver store. There was some temporary malfunction with the terminal that rendered it hard to see. The service person demonstrated the worst customer service I have encountered. Person was rude, made personal critical comments directly to me in a harsh, condescending, voice and behaved in a manner that, frankly, made me wonder what medication they were on. Wegman's should give basic training in personal customer relations. I do not plan to return to the store.

I shop thru instacart so the only iinfo I have is what you put on website. I. Looked for 2 weeks for the
cooked turkey breast and gravy all cooked in oven ready bag. It was nowhere to be found. That is until I looked for a gravy substitute. There it was in a smaller size. WHAT IDIOT PUTS A COOKED TURKEY BREAST IN WITH GRAVY? I would have bought at least 3 packages, instead I bought a ham at another store.

SO I ALWAYS BOUGHT 12 PACK WEGMANS COLA IN CANS FOR A LONG TIME WENT IN THE STORE ON MONDAY LOOKING TO BUY MORE ONLY TO BE TOLD YOU WOULD NOT BE SELLING IT ANYMORE BECAUSE YOU WERE NOT MAKING ENOUGH MONEY ON IT .SO WRONG TO CUT PEOPLE OFF LIKE THAT AND NO I WILL NOT BE BUYING THE 2LITER THANKSNANYWAY ONLY RICH PEOPLE WILL BE ABLE TO SHOP AT WEGMANS SOON GOOD LUCK WITH THAT
