    Horrible customer service. When calling to have services added/activated, they consistently got it wrong. Wanted to add a phone line, instead, they disconnected my internet! Things like this happened multiple times. I dread having to call customer support, as I have no idea what may happen. I don't have a choice of providers where I live. I will say that their fiber optic internet is FAST and not too expensive. At a previous location, where again they were the only choice, it was DSL - poor speed and expensive. And the attached landline sucked - always had a hum. They would fix it, which might last a couple days. I had head their customer service had improved, but I can report that it most definitely HAS NOT. The techs that do the work are fine. The people on the phones are totally incompetent. Tech support is better than customer service.

    Frontier is the most difficult and troublesome company I have ever experienced. Terrible service, 0.5 to 1.5 mbs internet, the most obnoxious automated answering machine, should you try to call them. If you are masochistic, frontier is just what you want to punish yourself. More aggravating than everything else in my life put together.

    Second Update: After calling again I was able to get another tech appointment which frontier kept. The tech was helpful and solved my issues at my property. I consider this matter closed. Update: Received a call from the tech assigned to come out to my property. He is in Alabama, I live in Western, NY. Are you serious Frontier? GET IT TOGETHER! Original Review: I'm reviewing Frontier customer service overall. Wish I could give 0 stars. There are existing cable enclosures on my property that is owned by frontier and is falling over. I do not have an account with frontier and neither do my neighbors. In calling to get a tech to come out I was on hold for an hour and spoke to 5 different departments. No one relayed my concerns and info so each time I had to re-explain everything. In speaking with a supervisor I was given fake apologies and many excuses as to why I kept getting transferred. Unacceptable. I finally got them to get a ticket started and expect a tech on the 16th. Fingers crossed they show up. Based on this one experience they've ensured that I will never be a customer.
