    This is hands down the worst run company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is awful and billing software is not consistent. Extremely frustrating when the bills are not consistent on a monthly basis. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

    Trash. Been a nightmare dealing with these people since moving in from not getting billed, not having electric turned on when i moved from out of state, no body seems to ever be able to fix any issue. Worst company ive ever had to deal with in my entire life.

    Last February, my wife and I moved into a rent to own home and called for the gas to be kept on as we were moving in. About three days later, that last tenant called and asked for the gas to be shut off as he'd forgotten to request so the day he'd moved out. They came and shut it off and locked the meter. We had to call repeatedly in order to come turn it back on, and the best they said they could do was a week and a half later, and that we should've called sooner. We told them that we had, and they apparently had no record of our conversation with them, but did for it to be turned off those three days later. We had to pause moving into our new place because it was too cold to move into. We also had to keep space heaters throughout the downstairs just to make sure that the pipes wouldn't burst and cause damage. Of I could rate zero starts, I would. METRO JUSTICE ftw!
