I recently used their services in the transition of my practice and real estate. The evaluation was extensive and they were able to put together a complicated deal, as the dentist acquiring the practice, did not want the real estate and equipment. They were able to find two separate dentists and make the transition work. The acquiring dentist wanted my staff, which was an important consideration for me. They steered me thru the entire process from start to finish. Brian was able to use one of his banking contacts to help me avoid a PPP conflict which could have held up the sale. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their professionalism and the outcome. All parties were satisfied and I would highly recommend their services.

When my wife and I first met with Sean to discuss transitioning our practice of 33 years, we indicated that we had four primary goals: 1. Find a buyer with a similar practice philosophy to ours. It was important to find someone who would treat our patients with integrity, compassion, and high dental standards. 2. As a practice with long-time employees who we think of as family, it was essential for the buyer to retain them, and appreciate them. 3. As we started this process in February, and were well aware of the fact that practices can take two or more years to sell, we expressed the hope of a closing before the end of the year 4. We wanted a fair price for both our practice and property. All of these needs were ultimately met and we couldn't be happier with the buyer. This accomplishment was all the more remarkable considering that the pandemic hit very soon after the practice was listed and there were very few banks lending in the Rochester area. There were a few hiccups along the way, but we still accomplished the goal of closing in 2020. We would highly recommend Hudson Dental Transitions.
