        Bus station closes at 5 . This is unbelievable. We live in Upstate NY how can you let your costumers wait outside with this crazy weather ? There is not even a warning when you are buying the tickets .

        It's okay but it's too bad they can't afford to hire live people to answer the phone 24 hours a day

        I have a bus at 1am. I have no where to go until then so I just have to hop between stores and fast food places so I don't freeze for 8 hours. What kind of station makes their people all wait outside for hours by closing at 5pm???
