My server was very bubbly and the restaurant itself has a great atmosphere. The portion of food for the price is definitely lacking. The barbeque sauce is average tasting, I've had better.

Absolutely amazing ! I came from Toronto and I was looking for some BBQ, as soon as I saw the reviews and photos I knew this place was going to be AMAZING and let me tell you, it does NOTTT disappoint! We had a full rack of ribs ( FALLS OFF THE BONE) we had BBQ chicken ( OMG SO JUICY) and we had brisket ( HOLY SMOKES) and finally we had Mac and cheese ( Im going to be honest here, BEST Mac and cheese I have EVER ATE!!!!!!) and coleslaw ( nothing special ) I also got a BBQ sauce to take home ( came with the meal ). I am so happy we stopped and I cannot wait to come back. It was so so good!!! The staff are so friendly and kind. Even when I parked in the wrong area ( LOADING ZONE ) they said its okay since Im just coming for pick up. Absolutely love this place. This place is a winnner. 100000/10

I believe this brick building was built in 1908 and the views of the river I find kind of interesting. It's just a cool building if you're into that sort of thing. Lots of wood inside. Very comfortable and casual, which I find relaxing. Been going there for years on and off. The fact that they're still there is a testament to the quality of the food, service and prices. I had told a friend I wanted to go south for some of the barbecue, and he said dinosaur holds up to most, having lived down south most of his life. I think it's pretty good and there's a ton of choices in the menu. Even with the economy right now in 2022, it's a good value comparatively speaking. There's options that make it affordable. I believe you can get a full rack of ribs and four sides for $42. I had a half rack of ribs with sides of cornbread and beans (and it also comes with more cornbread). That and two IPAs in interesting can shaped glasses and a 22% tip came to $35. I really liked the bar. Decent beers on tap. Bartenders were very friendly and on point. They were mixing up some pretty interesting looking drinks as well. They surely were not skimping on the alcohol in the drinks. If you've never been there, and you're into barbecue, it's a must. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
