I ordered food from the Wintonaire on June 7th through Grub Hub. We ordered two Patty Melts, but received two different burgers with grilled onions. We also ordered an appetizer that we did not receive at all. I called the restaurant 11 times just after we realized these mistakes, but they did not answer. They were supposed to be open until 2am. This was just after 10pm until around 11. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and used the contact form on their website. I sent two messages explaining the mistakes, but have not received a response to this day. They either don't care or they just don't check their email. A business should not have a contact form on the site if they don't use it. It's just irresponsible. There's a reason the restaurant across the street always looks busier.
