EXTENDED MEDICAL SERVICES PLLC

There has been a billing issue going on since November 2022 without resolution. Multiple calls to the office in Hilton are answered kindly, but with reference to the other office. Multiple calls to the Henrietta office result in not being able to speak to a person, voicemails left, and absolutely no response. This has been going on since the end of January. And then in March they started sending ME collection letters! Although I've been calling them since January to get resolved!

Completely discontinued my medication of 10 years with no communication. Repeatedly misreported my medical data and failed to provided me with my own records after several requests. Wouldnt trust these bozos with my grub hub. Except Corey. Corey is cool

Great practice. Friendly staff. They were able to accomodate my mother for her first appt with a pcp that same day. They are very understanding and have a lot of resources available to their patients. Their extended business hours are flexible with anyone's work schedule.

Came to this urgent care, apparently they were closed even though they have signs all over the windows saying Now Open and the sign on the door said they were open until 5pm. Called twice, no answer.

I was told the cost of a visit without insurance would be $85 which I paid at the time of visit I received an email with a link to the portal with my bill of $215, with a breakdown that included services I wasn't provided (one was assistance to quit smoking) I called them soon after and was told it was a mistake, that it was being cancelled, and not to worry about it. Another week and a half pass and I get a paper bill telling me to pay the $215 and that I had a limited time (half gone now) to dispute it. I called the main office and after some frustration and no help I asked them to cancel my appointment. I was talked down to and told "I just told you we are getting it fixed" I responded that I didn't want to hear anything else except that my appointment was cancelled. She answered "I don't have to deal with this" and hung up. Repeated attempts to call back are screened and ignored I drove to the building and they've gone to lunch. Do NOT choose this place unless you are desperate, and eager for people with a high school mentality to play games with your health and money
