Impossible to reach by phone as robot kept telling me 11 minutes to reach someone over and over..... so far I am at 23 min and counting.
Great shoes. Avoid accesories!!! Customer service imposible to reach!
You better hope your order is correct, obviously they are not able to help if there is a problem!!! Finally, reached them and then person put me on hold. Was told Allen Edmonds doesnt have laces, but no note of this on website or in any communication with me. They did refund my expedited shipping.
