I got two boats here!! The staffs are shy and nice. I think hot girls can get some discounts from certain staffs. lolll I love this place. the staff taught me how to drive a boat clearly.

I brought my boat in to Great Bay Marine Flanders location around the end of June this year After I discovered an oil leak coming from the front of my 4.3 merCruiser. Chris the manager and Jay we’re great to get right on the repair and got me back on my way. Looking forward making up for some lost time out on the water and do some fishing. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

This dealer has been nothing but AMAZING! I bought a “sister boat” and was having nothing but a nightmare with my dealer. They stepped in and have rectified every issue that I was having. They are professional, courteous and keep you updated. They follow through with attention to detail. I highly recommend them and am personally so grateful for their assistance. They have renewed my faith in boat dealers. Thank you!!!!

These guys are not only good they are excellent! My salesman Gary, at the islip location, made sure all details were taken care of. There is no hard sell; they sell quality boats at a great price. In the Flanders location I had Rob and Jay help me with all the details to get ready to launch. They were super helpful, patient, caring and very nice. From sales to launch these guys are the BEST!!

They are a good marina with friendly staff. But absolutely do not ever have them work on your boat. Twice I have had them do work the 1st time it took 7 months February till the end of August to get an engine swapped. Thankfully the owner of Great bay stepped in and got it resolved and I thank him for that. This July I asked them to install a outdrive and a lower shift cable. 3 months later it's still not right and as of today the boat won't shift into gear at all. Ruining my plans to go fishing tomorrow with my best friend. I have been patient and understanding but now it's just insane. Hopefully they will resolve this tomorrow and I can update the review. But I will absolutely never allow them to do work on my boat again. Another season ruined by bad mechanics. Update boat allegedly fixed took 6 months. But I haven't been able to take the boat out myself yet so don't know if it's actually fixed. Like I said nice Marina staff is nice. But absolutely positively do not ever have them do mechanical work. It takes them forever to get to it and takes multiple attempts to fix relatively simple problems.
