DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST!!!! I ordered an arrangement for my mother in laws birthday and found out she never received it. When I called to make inquiry I was told they attempted delivery and no one answered. Totally not in their control but what is so disappointing is that even though they had my phone number and email they didnt bother to let me know. Instead they charged me and refused to take responsibility for the lack of delivery. Very disappointing. Extremely rude. Huge up on both myself and my husband when asked for a refund. Left no choice but to file a complaint with the better business bureau. Very unprofessional. Will never use this florist again nor should anyone!

Orders flowers for a funeral they were more BEAUIFUL than the picture couldn't be live I'm so happy as the flowers were so much bigger than I thought it would really so happy really thank you so much for sure a great price and BEAUIFUL flowers with all my heart thank you again. Sheila Gorman

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST I placed a flower order for delivery, the recipient never received the flowers. When I called to inquire, they told me that they attempted delivery but no one was home. They will not refund any of the money and kept the flowers. I consider this to be theft! Stay Away! First of all That's not my wife's name so you must have her name mixed with another unhappy customer. When i called you, you hung up on me. That arrangement was for a birthday which has passed. I would like a refund. The recipient is elderly and does not have an answering machine. In addition, why would you not notify the person who placed the order of non-delivery? You sent the email with the invoice and had the phone number. Terrible way to run a business, you are rude and the fact you kept the flowers without notifying the sender makes me question your ethics.
