If I could give this service a 0 star rating I would, without a doubt absolute worst delivery service there is out there. Without fail they have messed up somehow every order I have ever placed, EVERYTIME, I kid you not, do not ever trust these services, the employees are selfish and do not care if they hand you the right order or not, they don't care at all except to boost their own ego that they have a "job" that they can't even manage to maintain a good standing in, without a doubt a terrible business model with horrible hiring staff to seed through these misfits.

I hope others have better results. Truly terrible. I was lured into doordash with the promise of a $25 payment. I figured why not. I then ordered. It arrived late and the driver told me that there was spillage on the food. So, I sent it back. I received nothing at all. After numerous texts and a call, where I was offered partial refunds from 1/3 to 75 percent , I finally spoke to a supervisor who assured me I would receive a 100 percent refund. Within minutes , however , I received an email which confirmed that I would receive a 10 percent refund. And then a second email saying I would receive a 40 percent refund. So , Doirdash wants me to have the privilege paying for Doordash’s failure to provide food to me. Anyway, Seamless has been flawless for me. Better shot there.
