        Platform staff is there to sell product. If you have a mortgage with Webster you are instructed to call that department. They seem to be a totally separate entity. Platform staff attempted to help me, but were told they couldn't talk to them. I was there...very frustrating, if it wasn't so difficult to move all my banking I would do so. Virtually no interest on savings and so on!

        Terrible service at Drive thru! Every time I go I wait forever, even if there's only one car. Very under staffed...very outdated computer system...20-30 min wait every time!
