Concerned Dental Care

I try to make an appointment with this office and I couldn't get thru as a new patient. I called as to change an existing appointment just to get thru and the lady who answered the phone was so disrespectful and condescending. She asked me what type of insurance I had without pausing to give me a chance to answer, I manage to ask her if I could give her my ID#, to which she replied "No and stop interrupting" I listen quietly the rest of her instructions and when she finish she asked me which was my question. I responded, I don't have any question any more, is obvious that you have a large amount of patient and a very short patience to get new one. Thank her and terminated the call. Concern Dental Care is not concern.

Absolutely horrible. The front desk doesn't help at all. They told me they will not take my cash payment if I have insurance which is ridiculous. Their office looks horrible and unhygienic. The only good thing there is the actual knowledge of the dentist MR. BORIS. GOOD LUCK GETTING HELP FROM HERE

Called to make an appointment, I was put on hold several times, gave them my name, insurance ID number, address, emergency contact number, email address and then was asked for my ID number. All while being put on hold, very unprofessional so I canceled. I will not recommend this place to everyone. They dont even deserve a star!

I Went here on October 10, 2022 for gum pain, I was told I need my teeth cleaned. Because my teeth need to be cleaned could cause gum pain. I was given an appointment for February 3, 2023 to have my teeth cleaned. I guess I am supposed to walk around for four months with gum pain. Visiting this dental office was a complete waste of my time.

This is by far the worst place I have been to. All they want is the money and they will do anything to get it. These guys milked me of every penny without insurance for something they knew needed a specific treatment. They did cleaning and then a deeper cleaning, x-ray, etc. After they've done all the unnecessary they told me to do the one thing they should have done first and foremost but it cost me.
