Jessica was truly amazing to work with I got engaged at the end of 2018 and due to Covid had to switch my date 3 times and venue twice as hectic as that was alone jess made me feel very at ease with being so understanding about the situation she was very attentive the entire process and truly produced beautiful pictures from my engagement session to my wedding day, she also got so many candids captured and very special moments I highly recommend her to anyone she was a great choice and will deliver the most clear beautiful pictures youve ever seen cant thank her enough !!!

Typically when planning a wedding, couples dont select their photographer before they pick their date and reception venues, but when we found Jessica Painter, we knew we wanted her to shoot our wedding. We wanted our wedding to be a reflection of our unique relationship. We spent most of our vacations hiking in the Adirondack High Peaks and decided early on that we wanted to hold our wedding ceremony on top of Whiteface Mountain. More specifically, we wanted to hike to the top with our family, friends, (and photographer) to finish our 46er hiking challenge and get married at the same time! Jessica was so incredibly flexible and patient as we worked through the planning process and logistics. She not only worked with us to plan three different days of photos in both Lake Placid (ceremony) and Syracuse (reception), but was willing to hike up Whiteface with us (about a 5 mile hike!) carrying her camera equipment to capture our special day. We absolutely love all of our wedding photos! Jessica worked with us to capture every detail we requested beautifully, and we asked for a lot: pictures with dogs, kids, fireworks, and multiple edits on our album to get it just the way we wanted. Not only is Jessica an amazing photographer, but shes also a wonderful and caring human being. If you are considering hiring Jessica Painter to photograph your wedding, I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you, Jessica for helping make our wedding so special and giving us wonderful images for us to look back on!!
