Bewared of the building's general manager --- Chandra Jain --- he was an unprofessional and double-standard person, and clearly had no love for animals. My husband and I have been living in our apt for 5 years. We had a cat when we moved in. Everything was great until Mr. Jain post a fine of $250 on us for having a cat in our apartment, while the building allow dogs for other residents. He threatened us to void our lease if we refused to pay, and he asked us to remove my cat from the apt. At a point my husband and I got tired reasoning with him. So we paid the fine. But 3 months later, he post another fine on us for not notifying him about the removal of my cat. Unbelievable! I am so glad we eventually moved out (with our cat) and never had to deal with this horrible person again.
