        Don’t know how well they cut hair, but their customer service could be better. Tried to make an appointment, left my number twice on VM but they never called back.

        After many bad haircuts, it is a pleasure to work with Val. She is kind, patient, and really listens. She knows hair and knows what works for my kind of hair (wavy, thick, hard-to-manage). I no longer fear going to the hairdresser, and I used to dread it. Thanks so much, Val!!
